FCL Quote Conditions

Included in the Quoted Rate:

• • pulling of a container from rail yard or port and truck transport to shippers loading address;

• 2 hour live load by shipper;

  • trucking/rail of container from loading address to port of export/loading on vessel;

  • transport of container to specified destination port;

• export documentation (BOL), shipper to supply packing list, commercial invoice and gross mass verification;

Not included in the rate is any service not specified above, but more particularly:

• • Loading costs which are estimated against a completed packing list specifying origin address, the estimated number of (boxes, furniture and other articles) description of articles and value.

  • Insurance costs which are estimated against a packing list description of the cargo;

  • Dangerous Goods Surcharges;

  • Export documentation (BOL), shipper to supply packing list, commercial invoice and gross mass verification;

  • Export/Import inspections by governing authorities or carrier inspections while in transit;

  • AES / ITN filing when required by US Customs;

  • Destination clearing; port fees; demurrage; Duty, VAT; or final delivery.

This offering is subject to:

• • Availability of equipment and drivers;

• Acceptance of commodity by carrier and jurisdiction;

  • maximum cargo weight of 40,000 lbs;

  • prior disclosure and approval of any regulated or dangerous goods cargo;

  • rate is otherwise valid through last day of month issued. Must be re-quoted on first of month.
