Disclosure & Authorization

Shipper is responsible for the accuracy of all estimated weights and measures. Carriers have the right to adjust weights and measures using credible scales and measuring when discrepancies arise.

The sole responsibility of the entity Company, TRANSPORT AGENT or any other transportation or import or export provider is to use reasonable care in the use of carriers, forwarders, agents and others to whom it may entrust the shipment.

By the act of tendering cargo the Shipper, their Agent or any other party with an interest in the cargo or shipment, specifically authorizes the entity or their Agents, in his/her name and on his/her behalf to prepare any import or export documents and accept any documents relating to said shipment and forward this shipment in accordance with the conditions of carriage of the carriers employed.

The shipper, their agent, recipient or any other beneficiary of the cargo, guarantees payment of all collect charges in the event the consigned refuses payment.

Tendering of cargo to carrier is considered informed consent to terms and conditions of carriage of Company and carriers employed including express authorization by Chase Ingersoll personally to act as Plaintiff in Washtenaw County, Michigan Circuit Court or any other court of competent jurisdiction for the collection of any unpaid invoice.
